整体护理对胰腺癌肝转移患者心境状态及自我效能感的影响

Effects of holistic nursing on mood states and self-efficacy of patients with liver metastasis of pancreatic cancer

目的:探讨整体护理对胰腺癌肝转移患者心境状态及自我效能感的影响。方法:回顾性分析2016年10月至2019年3月该院收治的86例胰腺癌肝转移患者的临床资料,根据入院顺序分为对照组和研究组各43例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用整体护理。比较两组护理前、护理3个月后的心境状态[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、Piper疲乏量表(PFS)及癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分。结果:护理后,研究组HAMA、HAMD、PFS评分均低于对照组,GSES、QLQ-C30评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理能显著改善胰腺癌肝转移患者的心境状态,提高自我效能感和生命质量,减轻癌因性疲乏程度,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To study effects of holistic nursing on mood states and self-efficacy of patients with liver metastasis of pancreatic cancer.Methods:86 patients with liver metastases of pancreatic cancer in our hospital from October 2016 to March 2019 was selected and analyzed respectively.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group and study group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group used the holistic nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The mood states[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score,the Piper fatigue scale(PFS)score and the Quality of life questionnaire-core 30(QLQ-C30)score were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the HAMA,HAMD,and PFS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group;the GSES and QLQ-C30 scores were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Holistic care can significantly improve the moods of the patients with liver metastases of pancreatic cancer,improve their self-efficacies and quality of life,and reduce the cancer-related fatigue.Moreover,it is superior to routine nursing.
