摘要
目的:观察双氧水联合碳酸氢钠口腔护理在有创机械通气新生儿中的应用效果。方法:选取120例行有创机械通气的新生儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用2.5%碳酸氢钠口腔护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合1.5%双氧水口腔护理,比较两组机械通气期间呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率、口腔感染发生率、机械通气时间、住院时间及住院费用。结果:观察组VAP发生率和口腔感染发生率均低于对照组,机械通气时间和住院时间均短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双氧水联合碳酸氢钠口腔护理应用于有创机械通气新生儿可降低VAP发生率和口腔感染发生率,缩短机械通气时间和住院时间,降低住院费用,效果优于单纯碳酸氢钠口腔护理。
Objective:To observe Application effects of hydrogen peroxide combined with sodium bicarbonate oral care in neonate with invasive mechanical ventilation.Methods:120 neonates,who underwent invasive mechanical ventilation,were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given 2.5%Sodium bicarbonate oral care,while the observation group used 1.5%Hydrogen peroxide oral care on the basis of that of the control group.The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP),the incidence of oral infections,the mechanical ventilation time,the hospitalization time,and the hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups during the mechanical ventilation.Results:The incidences of VAP and oral infections in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the mechanical ventilation time and the hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group;the hospitalization expenses were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Hydrogen peroxide combined with Sodium bicarbonate oral care for the neonates with invasive mechanical ventilation can reduce the incidences of VAP and oral infection,shorten the mechanical ventilation time and the hospitalization time,and reduce the hospitalization expenses.Moreover,it is superior to single Sodium bicarbonate oral care.
