摘要
教育评价改革是进一步推动教育综合改革、落实教育立德树人根本任务、全面提升教育质量的关键突破口。为贯彻落实《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》,必须抓住4个关键点:1)明确全面育人评价目的,树立全面培养评价导向;2)树立评价对象多元观,全面把握党委和政府、学校、教师、学生、用人单位5类主体教育行为全过程;3)做好评价保障工作,严守公平公正底线;4)正视教育评价的有限客观性,客观看待评价结果和评价功能。
Educational evaluation reform is a key point in the process of comprehensive education reform,implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people and improvement of overall education quality.To carry out the Overall Plan of Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era,four key issues should be stressed:first,set the goal and lead the action of cultivating people fully by educational evaluation;second,set up a multidimensional view on evaluation objects and keep an eye on the four parts of educational behaviors of five subjects,namely the party committee and government,schools,teachers,students and employing units;third,make sure all parts of the evaluation process get fully prepared and supported and strictly hold the bottom line of fairness and justice;and fourth,face up the limitation of objectivity of evaluation and hold a correct view on its results and functions.
