摘要
科学素养水平提升是当今全球范围内科学教育的首要目标之一。在我国,作为核心素养总框架的重要构件,理科课程的学科核心素养是中学科学教育提出的重要概念,科学素养与学科核心素养目标的有效落实是确保我国科学教育目标全面达成的有效途径。社会性科学议题因其有效地将科学与社会生活相结合,成为促进新时代科学教育发展的重要手段。研究表明,科学素养与理科课程学科核心素养的目标要求具有一致性,基于社会性科学议题的教学所具备的要素使其能够较为全面地覆盖并达成上述目标。社会性科学议题呈现出的应用价值与发展潜力值得我国科学教育工作者给予更多关注。
Improving scientific literacy is one of the primary goals of science education in the world.As an important component of the overall framework of core literacy in China,the disciplinary key competences of science courses are the important concept of secondary science education.The effective implementation of this two is an effective way to ensure that the goals of science education in China are fully achieved.Based on this,socio-scientific issues have become an important means to promote the development of science education in the new era because of the effective combination of science and social life.Studies have shown that the goals of scientific literacy and disciplinary key competences are consistent,and the elements of socio-scientific issues based teaching and learning enable it to cover and achieve the above objectives more comprehensively.It has very high application value and development potential deserve more attention from Chinese science educators.
