摘要
从五倍子的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到一个新的甘遂烷型三萜和五个已知的甘遂烷型三萜.化合物的结构通过多种波谱分析技术得到鉴定.这是首次从五倍子中分离得到三萜类化合物.其中,乳香二烯酮酸(3)、异乳酸二烯酮(4)和masticadienolic acid(5)在浓度为1.6μmol·L^(-1)时显示出神经保护活性,该研究为发现神经保护药物提供了一个结构模板.
A new tirucallane triterpenoid was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Galla chinensis, along with five known tirucallane triterpenoids. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectrosopic data analysis. It is the first time to report triterpenoids from G. chinensis. Masticadienonic acid(3), isomasticadienonic acid(4) and masticadienolic acid(5) showed neuroprotective activity at a concentration of 1.6 μmol·L^(-1). This study provides a structure template for neuroprotection agent discovery.
