摘要
综述了近年来用于检测重金属离子(铅离子、镉离子、汞离子和银离子)的基于功能核酸的纸基微流控芯片的研究进展,包括其类型及检测原理等,并对其发展前景进行了展望(引用文献53篇)。
A review on research progress of paper-based microfluidic chip based on functional nucleic acid for the determination of heavy metal ions(Pb2+,Cd2+,Hg2+and Ag+)in the recent years was presented,including its types and detection principles.Prospect for its development was also given(53 ref.cited).
