2010-2019年泸州市乙型肝炎重复报告分析

Analysis of repeated reports of hepatitis B in Luzhou City from 2010 to 2019

目的了解泸州市乙型肝炎重复报告情况,分析重复报告产生的原因,为降低乙肝重复报告率提供建议。方法使用中国疾病预防控制信息系统传染病报告信息管理系统收集2010-2019年泸州市7个区县的乙肝报告病例,建立数据库进行人工个案查重,计算乙肝重复报告率,并进行统计学分析。结果 2010-2019年泸州市共计报告乙肝病例26 252例,其中重复报告3 666例,重复报告率为13.96%,年度重复报告632例,跨年重复报告3 034例,跨年重复报告率为11.56%。江阳区为重复报告率最高的区县,共计4 906例,重复报告率为16.94%,各区县间重复报告率差异有统计学意义,χ^(2)=391.81,P<005;不同级别医疗结构均有重复报告,省级医疗机构重复报告例数最多,共计1 781例,重复报告率为14.75%,各级医院间重复报告率差异有统计学意义,χ^(2)=197.81,P<0.05。结论泸州市乙肝重复报告情况较为严重,应加强培训,提高医护人员业务能力和责任心,强化各地区医疗机构乙肝报告查重工作。

Objective Understanded the repeated reports of hepatitis B in Luzhou City,analyzed the causes of repeated reports,and provided suggestions for reducing the rate of repeated reports of hepatitis B.Methods Used the China disease prevention and control information system infectious disease reporte information management system to collect the reported cases of hepatitis B in 7 districts and counties of Luzhou from 2010 to 2019,established a database for manual case investigation,calculated the repeated report rate of hepatitis B,and performed statistics analysis.Results From 2010 to2019,a total of 26 252 cases of hepatitis B were reported in Luzhou City,of which 3 666 were repeated reports,with a repeated reporting rate of 13.96%,632 repeated reports within the year,3 034 repeated reports across the year,and11.56%repeated reporting across the year.Jiangyang District was the county with the highest repeated reporting rate,with a total of 4 906 cases,and the repeated reporting rate was 16.94%.The difference in repeated reporting rates between counties was statistically significant,χ^(2)=391.81,P<005.The different levels of medical structure all had repeated reports,provincial medical institutions had the largest number of repeated reports,with a total of 1 781 cases,and the repeated reporting rate was 14.75%.There was a statistically significant difference in the repeated reporting rate between hospitals at all levels,χ^(2)=197.81,P<005.Conclusions The repeated reports of hepatitis B in Luzhou City are relatively serious.Training should be strengthened to improve the professional ability and sense of responsibility of medical staff,and strengthen the investigation of hepatitis B reports in medical institutions in various regions.
