精神科护士核心能力和关怀能力现状及相关性

Status and correlation of core competence and caring ability of psychiatric nurses

目的探讨精神科护士核心能力和关怀能力的现状及相关性,为临床精神科护士的在职培训提供理论依据。方法 2019-07-01-2019-09-30选取泰安市精神病医院的108名护士为研究对象,采用中国注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)和中文版关怀能力评价量表(CAI)进行问卷调查。结果精神科护士核心能力总分为(130.61±30.18)分,处于中等水平;关怀能力总分为(195.57±13.64)分,关怀能力较低。单因素分析结果显示,年龄(t=10.687,P<0.001)、学历水平(t=12.456,P<0.001)、职称(t=16.753,P<0.001)、工作年限(t=11.486,P<0.001)和职务(t=4.357,P<0.001)与核心能力有关;性别(t=3.024,P<0.001)、婚姻状况(t=3.754,P<0.001)、年龄(t=8.046,P<0.001)、职称(t=7.641,P<0.001)和工作年限(t=9.973,P<0.001)与关怀能力有关。多因素线性回归分析结果显示,年龄(t=3.147,95%CI为1.045~6.587,P=0.005)、学历(t=2.473,95%CI为1.936~7.584,P=0.027)、职称(t=2.486,95%CI为3.763~9.525,P=0.024)、工作年限(t=2.865,95%CI为2.147~6.752,P=0.007)、职务(t=2.168,95%CI为2.038~9.367,P=0.038)和人文关怀能力(t=3.987,95%CI为3.697~9.654,P<0.001)为精神科护士核心能力影响因素,其中人文关怀能力的影响最大。结论精神科护士核心能力和关怀能力均不高,二者关系密切,需要进一步强化培训。

Objective To explore status quo and relationship between the core competence and caring ability of psychiatric nurses,so as to provide reference for the development of job training program for psychiatric nurses.Methods A total of108 psychiatric nurses in Taian Psychiatric Hospital in 2019 were investigated with competency inventory for registered nurse,caring ability inventory.Results The total score of core competence was(130.61±30.18)points,which was in the middle level.The total score of caring ability was(195.57±13.64)points,which was low.Univariate analysis showed that different age(t=10.687,P<0.001),educational background(t=12.456,P<0.001),professional title(t=16.753,P<0.001),duty(t=4.357,P<0.001)and length of working time(t=11.486,P<0.001)were related to core competence.Different gender(t=3.024,P<0.001),age(t=8.046,P<0.001),length of working time(t=9.973,P<0.001),marital status(t=3.754,P<0.001)and professional title(t=7.641,P<0.001)were related to caring ability.The multiple linear regression analysis showed that age(t=3.147,95%CI:1.045-6.587,P=0.005),academic level(t=2.473,95%CI:1.936-7.584,P=0.027),professional title(t=2.486,95%CI:3.763-9.525,P=0.024),working years(t=2.865,95%CI:2.147-6.752,P=0.007),duty(t=2.168,95%CI:2.038-9.367,P=0.038)and caring ability(t=3.987,95%CI:3.697-9.654,P<0.001)were the factors influencing the core competence of psychiatric nurses.Conclusion The core competence and caring ability of psychiatric nurses are not high,and there is closely relationship between them,which needs further intensive training.
