摘要
介绍了氯碱生产过程中氯氢压力控制方式。重点介绍了:电解槽阴阳极出口压力控制,氯氢总管压力控制,氯氢调节回路PID设置,电解槽跳停氯氢压力的应急控制。控制好氯氢压力,可以提高氯碱生产的稳定性。
This paper introduces the control mode of chlorine and hydrogen pressure in chlor-alkali production,focusing on the control of anode and cathode outlet pressure of electrolyzers,the control of hydrogen and chlorine main pipe pressure,PID setting of hydrogen and chlorine regulating circuit,and the emergency control of hydrogen and chloride pressure during electrolyzer trip.The stable control of chlorine and hydrogen pressure could help the stability of chlor-alkali production.
