介绍下点火式正压三合一石墨盐酸合成炉工艺流程及自动控制情况,对装置运行过程中出现的典型事故进行分析,并提出解决措施,确保盐酸合成炉高效安全稳定、环保运行。
The process flow and automatic control of the under-ignition positive pressure three-in-one graphite hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace were introduced.The typical accidents occurred during the operation of the plant were analyzed,and the solutions were put forward to ensure efficient,safe,stable and environment-friendly operation of the hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace.
