国际观是观察和分析国际社会历史变迁和世界交往演变规律的立场、观点与方法的理论成果。中国共产党领导人毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛和习近平立足国情与世情,分别提出国际政治格局观、和平与发展的时代主题观、公正合理的国际新秩序观、和谐世界的国际新主张和人类命运共同体新理念,是指导中国进行国际交往、处理国际事务和构建国际秩序的科学纲领。中国共产党领导人国际观的发展始终围绕“国家主权、民族振兴和人民利益”这一“硬核”,与时俱进调整巩固“保护带”的中间策略,使其发展逻辑具有“实践指向”的时代特征,为新时代中国大国外交、对外交往和对外传播的理论与实践创新提供了指导。

The international view is the theoretical achievement of observing and analyzing the historical changes of the international society and the evolutionary law of world exchanges.Based on China’s national conditions and the world situation,the CPC leaders,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping,put forward respectively the view of international political structure,the view of peace and development as the theme of the times,the view of a just and reasonable new international order,the new international proposal of a harmonious world,and the new concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,which are scientific guides instructing China to conduct international exchanges,handle international affairs and construct international order.the CPC leaders’international views center on the hard core of“national sovereignty,national revitalization and the interests of the people”,and advance with the times to adjust and consolidate the intermediate strategies of the“protective belt”,endowing its evolution logic with the epochal feature of“practice orientation”and providing an ideological guide for innovations in the theory and practice of the major country diplomacy,external exchange and external communication of China in the new era.
