数字全球化在造福人类的同时也引发全球性数字治理难题。中国政府总结国内数字建设经验,提出了全球数字治理的中国方案。中国全球数字治理观以构建“数字命运共同体”为基本目标,坚持“以人为中心”和“基于事实”的价值基础,以秉持多边主义、兼顾安全发展、坚守公平正义为基本原则。为实现全球数字治理的目标与价值,中国政府倡导和参与了一系列全球数字治理实践,为推进全球数字治理进程,打造“数字命运共同体”做出了积极贡献。

At the same time when benefiting people around the world,digital globalization is also contributing to global problems in digital governance.The Chinese government summarizes the experience of domestic digital construction and puts forward the Chinese approach to global digital governance.China’s view on global digital governance is aimed at the basic goal of building a digital community of shared future,insists on the value foundation of being“people-centered”and“fact-based”,and adhere to the basic principles of multilateralism,secured development,and fairness and justice.In order to achieve the goals and values of global digital governance,the Chinese government has advocated and participated in a series of global digital governance practices,and has made positive contributions to the development of the global digital governance process.
