摘要 中国共产党自建党伊始就把干部教育培训摆在了突出位置。一百年来,干部教育培训贯穿了党的革命、建设、改革、新时代的各个时期,历经了发轫与形塑、拓展与探索、重塑与优化、完善与提质四个阶段,为党和国家培养了一批又一批党员干部。同时,党的干部教育培训也积累了宝贵的历史经验:要强化干部教育培训事关全局和长远的战略性地位;干部教育培训要始终以“固本培元”与“强根铸魂”为要;以围绕中心、服务大局为重;以改革创新、与时俱进为先;不断推进干部教育培训的制度化规范化建设;始终坚持理论联系实际的马克思主义学风,做到从严治校、从严治教、从严治学。 Since the founding of the CPC,the cadre education and training has been placed in a prominent position.Over the past one hundred years,the education and training of cadres has gone through the various periods of the Party’s revolution,construction,reform,and the new era.It has experienced four stages,namely,initiation and formation,expansion and exploration,remodeling and optimization,and improvement and upgrading,and has trained a batch of Party members and cadres for the Party and the country.At the same time,the Party’s cadre education and training has also accumulated precious historical experience:to strengthen the cadre education and training is related to the overall situation and has a long-term strategic position;cadre education and training should always focus on“consolidating the basis”and“strengthening the root and casting the soul”;the cadre education and training should be oriented at the central task and serve the overall situation;the cadre education and training should persist in reform and innovation and keep advancing with the times;the institutionalization and standardization of cadre education and training should be promoted continuously;and the Marxist style of study of combining theory with practice should be upheld to strengthen the management of teaching and studying.
