伴随社会各方面的发展越来越迅速,致使目前国内的环境问题也越来越严峻,出现的各种紧急环境事件严重威胁着环境保护工作的有效进行,所以,怎样加强环保单位对环境保护的动态监测、处理应急事件是急需解决的重点问题。本文对环境保护动态监测及应急管理中存在的问题、应对措施等进行了详细的分析,通过建立相应的动态监测体系、对监测的布局进行改善,以期更好地促进环境保护工作的顺利开展,提升国内的环境质量。

With the development of all aspects of society,the domestic environmental problems are becoming more and more ser ious.Var ious emergency env ironmenta lincidents ser iously threaten the ef fect ive implementation of environmenta lprotection.Therefore,how to streng then the dynamic monitor ing and handling of emergency incidents by environmental protection units is the key problem to be solved urgently.This paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures in the dynamic monitoring and emergency management of environmental protection in detail.Through the establishment of corresponding dynamic monitoring system and improvement of monitoring layout,the paper hopes to better promote the smooth development of environmental protection and improve the domestic environmental quality.
