摘要
当前电子档案管理模式运用于企事业单位档案管理中,以往纸质档案管理模式逐步退出运用。电子档案的特点是高效、便捷,大大提升了档案管理工作的准确性和效率。为此,本文分析了企事业单位应用电子档案开展档案管理工作的特点,以及电子档案在企事业单位档案管理中运用存在的问题及对策,旨在体现电子档案的优势作用,推动企事业单位的档案管理工作更上一层楼。
The cur rent electronic archives management mode is used in the archives management of enterprises and institutions,while the previous paper archives management mode is gradually withdrawn.Electronic archives are characterized by high efficiency and convenience,which greatly improves the accuracy and efficiency of archives management.Therefore,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the application of electronic archives in the archives management of enterprises and institutions,as well as the problems and countermeasures in the application of electronic archives in the archives management of enterprises and institutions,in order to reflect the advantages of electronic archives and promote the archives management of enterprises and institutions to a higher level.
