风险投资作为当前投资市场中较为热门的一种投资类型一直被置于聚光灯下。在风险投资募集资金、筛选项目、项目评估、协议谈判、项目投资、投后管理等六大运作过程中,大部分风险投资企业更加关注募集资金和筛选项目,尤其希望通过颇具创新概念的募集资金方式和独到的对于项目选择理念,来获得整个资本市场的青睐。本文探讨了风险投资后管理的概念,分析了投后管理的难点,研究了基于去中心化的投后管理交易支付模式和基于分布记账的动态审计监督模式。相信对从事相关工作的同行能有所裨益。

Venture capital,as a popular investment type in the current investment market,has been put into the spotlight.In the six operation processes of venture capital raising,screening project,project evaluation,agreement negotiation,project investment and post investment management,most venture capital enterprises pay more attention to the raised funds and screening projects,especially hope to gain the favor of the whole capital market through the innovative concept of raising funds and unique project selection concept.This paper discusses the concept of post investment management,analyzes the difficulties of post investment management,studies the post investment management transaction payment mode based on decentralization and dynamic audit supervision mode based on Distributed Accounting.I believe it will be helpful to the colleagues engaged in relevant work.
