县级公共图书馆创新服务与转型发展

Innovative Service and Transformation Development of County-Level Public Library

为读者提供良好的文献资料查询服务是公共图书馆的宗旨,作为县级图书馆自然也要在这方面发挥出自己的作用。随着互联网技术在公共图书馆中的广泛应用,县级图书馆的传统服务模式已经不能很好地满足广大读者的需求。而从图书馆的本质功能来说,服务不能创新,其发展就无法转型,也不能达到一个新的高度,图书馆的发展本来就是要提供更好的公共服务。本文从服务理念创新、服务方式创新、服务内容创新和服务手段创新四个角度,对县级公共图书馆的创新服务与转型发展展开讨论。

The aim of the public library is to provide good service for the readers.As a county-level library,it should also play its part in this aspect.With the wide application of Internet technology in public libraries,the traditional service mode of county libraries has been unable to meet the needs of the readers.From the perspective of the essential function of the library,the service can not be innovated,so its development can not be transformed and can not reach a new height.Libraries are designed to provide better public services.This paper discusses the innovative service and transformation development of county-level public libraries from four perspectives:service concept innovation,service mode innovation,service content innovation and service means innovation.
