微小骨穿孔术加速磨牙近中移动的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨微小骨穿孔术(micro-osteoperforations,MOP)与牙周加速成骨正畸(periodontally accelerated osteogenic orthodontics,PAOO)技术在近中移动第二磨牙和第三磨牙速度上的区别。方法选取下颌双侧第一磨牙缺失,需通过正畸治疗近中移动第二磨牙和第三磨牙的错[牙合]畸形患者40例作为研究对象,采用自身对半设计的方式一侧区域行PAOO,一侧行MOP,每2周加力1次,对比双侧磨牙近中移动速度。结果PAOO侧磨牙移动速度是(2.03±0.32)mm/月,MOP侧磨牙移动速度是(1.98±0.23)mm/月,双侧磨牙近中移动的速度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MOP手术可以起到与PAOO手术一样加速磨牙近中移动的作用。 Objective To investigate the difference in the mesial movement speeds of the second and third molars between micro-osteoperforations(MOP)and periodontally accelerated osteogenic orthodontics(PAOO).Methods Forty cases of malocclusion patients with bilateral first molars missing and needing orthodontic treatment of mesial movement of the second and third molars were selected in the orthodontics department.All participants received PAOO on one side and MOP on the other side.The mesial movement speeds between the bilateral molars was compared.Results The average movement speed of PAOO was(2.03±0.32)mm/month,and MOP was(1.98±0.23)mm/month.There was no significant difference in the mesial movement speed between them(P>0.05).Conclusion MOP can accelerate the mesial movement of molars as PAOO.
