针刺联合疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture Combined Therapy for Allergic Rhinitis

过敏性鼻炎是目前最常见的高发病率、低治愈率的慢性疾病之一。2015年针刺疗法被首次载入由美国编写的有关过敏性鼻炎的最新指南中,说明针刺疗法对过敏性鼻炎有显著的临床疗效。作者以"过敏性鼻炎""针刺"等为关键词在中国知网检索了近5年的相关文献,整理后发现,与单一的针刺疗法相比,针刺联合其它疗法能更加长效地缓解患者症状,降低过敏反应,增强机体免疫力,减少复发率。具体的联合疗法如下:针刺联合西药治疗、针刺联合中药治疗、针刺联合灸法治疗、针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗、针刺联合拔罐治疗、针刺联合自血疗法治疗、针刺联合星状神经节阻滞治疗、针刺联合穴位注射治疗等。文章还针对目前研究的不足提出了新的研究方向与建议。

Allergic rhinitis is one of the most common chronic diseases with high incidence and low cure rate. In 2015,acupuncture therapy was first included in the latest guidelines on allergic rhinitis prepared by the United States,indicating that acupuncture therapy has a significant clinical effect on allergic rhinitis. Taking the allergic rhinitis acupuncture as the key words,the author searched the relevant literature in CNKI database for nearly five years. After sorting out,it was found that compared with the single acupuncture therapy,acupuncture combined with other therapies could relieve patients’ symptoms more effectively,reduce allergic reactions,and enhance the body’s immunity. Specific combined therapies are as follows:acupuncture combined with Western medicine treatment,acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,acupuncture combined with moxibustion,acupuncture combined with acupoint application,acupuncture combined with cupping therapy,acupuncture combined with self-blood therapy,acupuncture combined with stellate ganglion block treatment,acupuncture combined with acupoint injection,etc. This paper also puts forward some new research directions and suggestions.
