县级供电企业的财务资产管理现状与优化

Current Situation and Optimization of Financial Assets Management of County-Level Power Supply Enterprises

县级供电企业是我国电力行业中的基层单位,负责基层电网的经营管理和客户服务工作。由于历史原因,县级供电企业在一定程度上存在设备更新缓慢、人员结构不佳等问题。在新一轮电力体制改革深入推进后,县级供电企业面临形势政策变化,经营绩效风险叠加,为县级供电企业带来新的挑战。论文分析了县级供电企业财务资产管理的现状和存在的问题,提出了一定的解决对策。

County-level power supply enterprises are the basic units in China's power industry,which are responsible for the operation and management of grassroots power grid and customer service work.Due to historical reasons,there are some problems existing in county-level power supply enterprises to a certain extent,such as slow equipment update,poor personnel structure and so on.After the new round of power system reform is deepened,the county-level power supply enterprises are faced with changes in the situation and policies,and the superposition of operational performance risks,which brings new challenges to the county-level power supply enterprises.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of financial assets management of county-level power supply enterprises,and puts forward some solving countermeasures.
