The ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises has a key impact on the current efficient operation of enterprises.Especially in the new situation of rapid social and economic development,how to position and develop the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises is a very significant topic.Based on this,this paper analyzes the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises from the relevance,innovative value,current situation and specific countermeasures,hoping to promote the innovative development of the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises in the new era.
