摘要
建立了游梁式抽油机游梁结构的数学模型,以游梁截面面积最小为目标,按API-11E规范为指导,提出了合理的约束条件,对游梁结构进行优化设计。运用Python的非线性规划方式编程求解,并以640-365-192型抽油机为例,比较了优化前后游梁截面尺寸。结果表明,在同样满足抽油机工作能力的条件下,优化后的游梁较优化前节省钢材7%,降低了游梁的生产成本。
The mathematical model of beam structure of beam pumping unit is established.Taking the minimum cross section area of beam as the goal and guided by the API-11 E code,a reasonable constraint condition is put forward to optimize the design of beam structure.Python nonlinear programming method is used to solve the problem.Taking640-365-192 pumping unit as an example,the section size of the beam before and after optimization is compared.Under the condition that the working capacity of the pumping unit is also satisfied,the optimized beam saves 7%steel and reduces the production cost of the beam.
