摘要
鉴于在新扩建掘进巷道工程中,为了降低瓦斯和矿尘浓度,保障工作面环境安全,需要设计或改造与之配套的局部通风系统,通过对风压风量、通风系统阻力进行计算完成对风机和风筒的选型,并通过改变管网和风机特性,调节风机的工况点,使局部通风系统在经济合理区域运行,达到提高风机使用寿命、减少风机电量消耗的目的。
In order to reduce the concentration of gas and dust and ensure the safety of working face environment,it is necessary to design or transform the local ventilation system.By calculating the wind pressure and the resistance of the ventilation system,the type selection of the fan and the tuyere is completed,and the operating point of the fan is adjusted by changing the characteristics of the pipe network and the fan,so that the local ventilation system can run in an economical and reasonable area.
