摘要
为确定口前煤矿4301工作面主要采煤设备的工作参数,根据该矿工作面基本地质情况结合该矿目前机械化开采现状,确定了"后退式单一倾斜长壁采煤方法,沿煤层底板采用综合机械化放顶煤开采"方式。经公式及参数验算,4301工作面拟采用MG300/700-WD1型采煤机,ZF6400/18/32型支撑掩护式液压支架,符合采煤功率及支护强度要求。
In order to determine the working parameters of the main coal mining equipment in 4301 working face of Kouqian Coal Mine,according to the basic geological conditions of the working face and the present mechanized mining situation of the coal mine,the"backward single inclined longwall mining method and comprehensive mechanized top coal caving mining along the floor of the coal seam"is determined.The MG300/700-WD1 type shearer and the ZF6400/18/32 type support cover hydraulic support are adopted in 4301 working face after checking the formula and parameters,which meet the requirements of coal mining power and support strength.
