摘要
综采工作面在进行液压支架油缸更换时,传统的更换辅助装置在固定防止装置脱落和方便使用方面较在问题,针对这一情况提出了一种新型的更换液压油缸辅助装置,并对该新型辅助装置的结构和工作原理进行了分析。该装置在晋北煤业公司5-1031综采工作面的实践应用效果表明:该辅助装置的应用能有效完成液压支架油缸的更换,安全性高,劳动强度低,具有较好的安全经济效益。
In the process of hydraulic support cylinder replacement in fully mechanized mining face,the former replacement auxiliary device is more problematic in fixing to prevent the device from falling off and convenient to use.In view of this situation,a new type of replacement hydraulic cylinder auxiliary device is proposed.The structure and working principle of the new auxiliary device are analyzed.The application results show that the application of the auxiliary device can effectively complete the replacement of the hydraulic support cylinder,with high safety,low labor intensity and good safety and economic benefits.
