刮板输送机中部槽结构的静力学分析及其优化改进 被引量:2

摘要 在简要分析刮板输送机中部槽结构的基础上,利用PRO/E和ANSYS软件建立了中部槽结构的静力学模型,对中部槽结构进行静力学仿真分析。结果发现,铲板槽帮出现了比较大的应力集中,加上循环载荷作用,导致该部位容易出现断裂问题,与工程实践结果非常吻合。对铲板槽帮的结构进行优化改进,再次建模分析后发现对应位置的最大应力值有了明显降低,显著提升了中部槽结构运行的稳定性。 Based on the brief analysis of the middle trough structure of scraper conveyor,the static model of the middle trough structure is established by using Pro/E and ANSYS software,and static simulation of middle growe structure is analyzed.The results show that the stress concentration on the side of the spade plate is relatively large,and combined with the effect of cyclic load,the fracture problem is easy to occur in this part,which is very consistent with the engineering practice results.After the optimization and improvement of the structure of the shovel plate groove side,it is found that the maximum stress value of the corresponding position has been significantly reduced after modeling and analysis again,which significantly improves the stability of the middle groove structure.
