摘要
针对目前掘进机在综采作业过程中截齿磨损量大、使用寿命短、稳定性差的缺陷,提出利用离散元仿真分析的方法对不同截齿安装角情况下的截割稳定性进行分析。根据分析可知,随着掘进机截齿安装角的增加,掘进机的装煤率先升高后降低,当截齿的安装角为45°时具有最佳的截割性能。该研究结果可为提升掘进机的截割稳定性和使用寿命提供参考。
The roadheader is the core of fully mechanized mining in coal mine.Aiming at the defects of high wear,short service life and poor stability of roadheader in fully mechanized mining,the method of discrete element simulation analysis is put forward to analyze the cutting stability under different cutting installation angles.According to the actual analysis,with the increase of the installation angle of the roadheader,the coal loading of the roadheader increases first and then decreases.It has the best cutting performance when the installation angle of the roadheader is45°.It provides reference to improve the cutting stability and service life of the roadheader.
