煤矿井下胶轮车新型制动系统的应用研究

摘要 由于井下地质条件复杂,胶轮车在运行过程中极易出现超速失控情况,给井下运输安全带来严重的隐患。基于此,提出了一种包括车载制动设备和井下制动设备两部分的新的井下胶轮车制动系统。该系统能够根据胶轮车运行状态自动判断车速是否失控并及时进行制动,实际应用表明该系统能够将胶轮车的制动距离降低76.9%,将制动成功率提升到100%,显著提升了脚轮车的井下运行安全性。 Because of the complex geological conditions,the rubber wheel car is prone to overspeed out of control during operation,which brings serious hidden trouble to the safety of underground transportation.Based on this,a new downhole rubber wheel vehicle braking system,which includes two parts:vehicle braking equipment and downhole braking equipment,can automatically judge whether the speed is out of control and brake in time according to the running state of rubber wheel vehicle.The practical application shows that the system can reduce the braking distance of rubber wheel vehicle by 76.9%and increase the braking success rate to 100%.The underground operation safety of casters is improved significantly.
