摘要
为解决工程装备维修训练中存在的装备数量少、训练内容多难度大、手段单一等困难,将故障注入技术、嵌入式技术和虚拟仪器技术等应用于某型装备电控系统的故障模拟设置、故障检测与诊断过程中,研制了故障设置与诊断维修训练系统软件硬件,实现了装备维修训练过程中的自主、逼真、隐蔽和无损设障。该系统的应用可改善装备维修训练教学效果,提高维修人员故障判排水平,具有较高的工程应用价值。
In order to solve the problem of small quantity,lots of training,high difficulty and little ways in engineering equipment’s maintenance training,the fault injection,embedded system and virtual instrument technique are induced into the process of fault simulated setting up,testing and diagnosis.Furthermore,the software and hardware are made.The autonomy,authenticity,concealment and not-destructive of fault setting are realized.The result can improve teaching effect of maintenance training and also the level of maintenance and fault trouble-shooting.It has high engineering application value.
