矿井刮板输送机传输链条断链故障监测系统设计研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了保障煤炭的连续开采,避免刮板输送机因长时间处于高负荷等恶劣工作环境,发生链条断裂的风险,通过对刮板链条容易断裂的位置进行研究分析,采用直接监测的方法对刮板输送机断链故障的监测系统进行设计。监测系统实现了断链位置的实时显示、声光报警及相关关键参数显示等功能,并在实际工程应用中检验了该监测系统的实用性,实现了刮板链条的远程监控,为矿井技术人员及时处置断链安全隐患提供了帮助。 In order to ensure the continuous mining of coal,the scraper conveyor has been exposed to a high-load and harsh working environment for a long time.Under such working conditions,the chain of the scraper conveyor is prone to breakage,which affects normal coal production and even threatens the life and safety of operators.By analyzing the position where the scraper chain is easy to break,a direct monitoring method is adopted to design the monitoring system of the scraper conveyor chain failure.The monitoring system has realized the functions of real-time display of the broken link position,sound and light alarm and related key parameter display,and has tested the practicability of the monitoring system in actual engineering applications,realized the remote monitoring of the scraper chain,and provided timely for mine technicians.Provided assistance in dealing with potential safety hazards of broken links.
