机械化搬家工艺技术在回坡底矿的应用分析

摘要 随着矿井综采设备推进速度的不断增加,采煤工作面搬家次数呈现逐渐递增趋势,实现综合设备高效搬家可显著提升矿井采煤效率。为此,以回坡底矿11-105综采工作面综采设备搬家为工程背景,提出将机械化搬家工艺应用到综采设备搬家中,并对机械化搬家工艺应用情况进行详细分析。经工作面现场应用表明,机械化搬家工艺搬家耗时为21 d,较传统的搬家工艺降低14 d,同时搬家投入、作业人员数量等均明显降低,应用效果显著。 With the increasing speed of fully mechanized mining equipment, the moving times of coal mining face show a gradual increasing trend, and the realization of efficient moving of comprehensive equipment can significantly improve the efficiency of coal mining. Therefore, taking the moving of fully mechanized mining equipment in 11-105 fully mechanized mining face of Hui slope bottom mine as the engineering background, this paper puts forward the application of mechanized moving technology to the moving of fully mechanized mining equipment, and analyzes the application of mechanized moving technology in detail. The field application of working face shows that the moving time of mechanized moving process is 21 d, which is 14% lower than that of traditional moving process d, and the input of moving and the number of operators are obviously reduced, and the application effect is remarkable.
