摘要
为解决单轨吊巷道在实际生产过程中巷道顶板变形、垮落以及冒落的问题,结合西铭矿48611单轨吊巷道在研究其顶底板及断面结构的基础上,分析了单轨吊辅助运输方式对巷道围岩应力的影响机理,并根据实际运输任务及载荷完成了单轨吊巷道的支护方案和相应的支护质量保障措施,为保证单轨吊巷道的安全、高效生产奠定基础。
In order to solve the problems of roof deformation,collapse and caving in monorail crane roadway in actual production process,combined with 48611 monorail crane roadway in Ximing Mine,the influence mechanism of monorail crane auxiliary transportation mode on surrounding rock stress is analyzed on the basis of studying its roof and bottom slab and section structure,and the supporting scheme and corresponding supporting quality guarantee measures of monorail crane roadway are completed according to actual transportation task and load,which lays a foundation for ensuring the safe and efficient production of monorail crane roadway.
