摘要
以ZF/13000/25/38型液压支架为例,对其电液控制系统进行了设计研究。该系统可以实现集中控制、远程控制和就地控制三种控制模式的自动切换,可以在地面上对井下液压支架进行远程监测与控制。对设计的系统进行测试和应用后,发现该系统各项功能均能满足实际使用需要。
In this paper,ZF/13000/25/38 hydraulic support is taken as an example to design and research its electro-hydraulic control system,which can realize three control modes:centralized control,remote control and local control.The system can monitor and control the underground hydraulic support on the ground of coal mine.After testing and applying the designed system,it is found that all functions of the system can meet the actual needs.
