利用信息技术提升选煤机械工作效能分析

Technology Analysis on Improving Work Efficiency of Coal Preparation Machinery Using Information Technology

基于选煤工艺和选煤机械的工作特性,从选煤机械选型、选煤生产过程的监控以及选煤机械故障的预判等方面对利用信息技术提升选煤机械工作效能进行了分析。利用信息技术对选煤装备进行选型,对选煤生产过程进行监控,可有效提升选煤机械效能,降低故障率。

Based on the coal preparation process and the working characteristics of coal preparation machinery,this paper analyzes the use of information technology to improve the working efficiency of coal preparation machinery from the aspects of coal preparation machinery selection,coal preparation production process monitoring and coal preparation machinery fault prediction.Using information technology to select suitable coal preparation equipment and monitor the production process of coal preparation can effectively improve the efficiency of coal preparation machinery and reduce the failure rate.
