煤矿通风机噪音的产生与防治

Production and Prevention of Noise from Coal Mine Fan

通过分析矿井噪音来源,可知通风机噪音有以旋转噪音和涡流噪音为主的气动噪音,也有机壳、轴承等部位因振动引起的机械噪音,还有电磁噪音和气固耦合噪音等,针对不同的噪音来源,提出了安装消音器、改造蜗舌间隙和半径、安装旋转扩压器、安装隔声罩、改造风机房的预防措施。

By analyzing the source of mine noise,it can be seen that fan noise is mainly pneumatic noise caused by rotating noise and eddy current noise,as well as mechanical noise caused by vibration in housing,bearing and so on.Aiming at different sources of noise,the preventive measures of installing silencer,modifying the clearance and radius of cochlear tongue,installing diffuser,installing sound insulation cover and reforming fan room are put forward.
