摘要
应用序关系分析、物元可拓理论及指标体系法建立以建筑业企业科技基础、科技投入、科技产出为主线的企业科技水平评价体系;广泛搜集16个评价指标数据,对建筑业上市企业科技水平综合评级,并划分为科技发展初级、起步、一般、良好和优秀型企业,针对其不同企业特性给出结论和建议。
In this paper,sequence relationship analysis,matter-element extension theory and index system method are applied to establish the evaluation system of enterprise science and technology level based on construction enterprise science and technology foundation,science and technology input and technology output as the main line.Data of 16 evaluation indexes were collected extensively to comprehensively grade the science and technology level of listed enterprises in the construction industry,and they were divided into primary,initial,general,good and excellent enterprises for the development of science and technology.
