在机械和建筑行业中,有一些板材尺寸较大、质量重,对这些板材进行双面抛光加工时需要进行翻转作业。传统的翻转作业方式存在生产环境差、劳动强度大、安全隐患多、工作效率低、企业招工难等问题。因此,介绍了一种防火板自动化生产线上的"Θ"型翻转机。该机能够实现工件安全、简便、快速翻转180°,降低工人劳动强度,提高生产效率,对国内外现有翻转变位设备的类型进行了补充,对其他板类零件的翻转加工有一定的启发和借鉴作用。

In machinery and construction industry, there are some sheet materials having large size and heavy quality.During double sided polishing processing,flipping of these sheet is needed. Traditional way of flipping operation has many problems,such as poor production environment, high labor intensity, many hidden safety dangers, low working.This paper introduces a kind of "Θ" turnover machine on the automatic production line of fireproof board.The machine can safely,simple and fast flip the workpieces by 180° to reduce labor intensity and improve the production efficiency.This machine complements the existing type of turnover displacement equipment at home and abroad, and has a certain inspiration and reference for the turnover processing of other plate parts.
