摘要
针对笔记本电脑、平板电脑中尺寸FOB邦定中PCB板的特点,设计了一种FOB邦定机中PCB板压紧机构,能提高FOB邦定机的邦定精度和稳定性,进而达到各项生产指标。
According to the characteristics of medium size FOB Bonding PCB board, this paper designed a PCB board pressing mechanism in FOB Bonding machine, which can improve the accuracy and stability of FOB Bonding machine,and then achieve various production indicators.
