摘要
为进一步保证综采工作面的安全高效生产,以1203工作面为例,围绕其地质、煤层以及当前支护方案下对应巷道所存在的问题进行研究,并对支护方案进行优化,分别从理论和现场试验两个层面对新支护方案的支护效果进行验证,最后得出优化后的支护方案能够明显降低巷道变形量,巷道围岩得到了明显控制。
In order to further ensure the safe and efficient production of fully mechanized mining face,1203 working face is taken as an example to study the problems existing in the corresponding roadway under its geology, coal seam and current support scheme, and to optimize the support scheme. The support effect of the new support scheme is verified from two aspects of theory and field test respectively. Finally, the optimized support scheme can obviously reduce the deformation of roadway and the surrounding rock of roadway is obviously controlled.
