摘要
针对某煤矿井下粉尘浓度含量高,容易出现煤尘爆炸等事故的问题,通过分析井下的尘源,设计负压诱导式防尘自动喷雾装置。该装置通过调节雾体作用范围和水滴运动速度达到降尘的目的。对工作面上几个主要尘点进行监测,结果表明:使用自动喷雾装置测点的粉尘浓度比未使用自动喷雾装置测点的粉尘浓度低,平均降幅达50%,降尘效果较好。
In view of the high dust concentration in a coal mine, coal dust explosion and other accidents, by analyzing the dust source, the negative pressure induced dust prevention automatic spray device is designed. The dust concentration of the measuring point using the automatic spray device is greatly lower than that of the measuring point without the automatic spray device with an average drop of 50 %, and the dust removal effect is good.
