Taking the replacement and assembly of the PTA air compressor expander backplane of a certain enterprise as an example, the assembly process of the PTA air compressor expander backplane is analyzed and studied, and the main influencing factors in the operation of the expander backplane are explained. The field installation procedure and technical essentials of the PTA air compressor backplane are summarized. According to the analysis, in the process of using the PTA air compressor unit, the back plate structure of the expansion unit should be reasonably installed, and the back plate should be installed and controlled regularly to improve the installation effect of the back plate.
