摘要 随着智能仓储行业在我国的快速布局,组合式钢结构货架的现场实际应用也越来越普遍,在行业内不断普及的情况下,对组合式钢结构货架要求需越来越高。因此,根据货架结构形式,对货架在实际载荷工作情况下,分别从正常工况、X向水平地震力和Y向水平地震力三方面进行有限元分析,实现在满足实际载荷情况下更优的货架结构设计,以保证货架实际结构强度,同时降低货架生产成本。 With the rapid layout of intelligent storage industry in China, the field application of combined steel structure shelf is becoming more and more common. With the continuous popularization of the industry, the requirements for combined steel structure shelf are becoming higher and higher. Therefore, according to the structure form of the shelf, the finite element analysis of the shelf under the actual load is carried out from the normal working condition, the X-direction horizontal seismic force and the Y-direction horizontal seismic force respectively, so as to achieve the better shelf structure design under the actual load, which can not only ensure the actual structural strength of the shelf, but also reduce the production cost of the shelf.
