摘要
为了解决采煤机截割部电机在复杂工况下易发生损坏的问题,利用数值模拟软件对其保护元件扭矩轴的结构进行分析,首先对不同卸荷槽形状下扭矩轴应力应变云图进行分析,得出最佳卸荷槽形状为U型,同时对不同槽深、槽宽及轴向位置下扭矩轴应力应变曲线进行分析,得出最佳卸荷槽槽深、槽宽及轴向位置。研究结果可为采煤机截割部电机保护提供一定的借鉴。
In order to solve the problem of damage under comple x working conditions, analyze the structure of numerical simulation software, firstly, this paper analyzed the cloud map of different discharge groove shapes, obtain the best discharge groove shape of U, analyzed the torque shaft stress strain curve under different groove depth, and obtain the best discharge groove depth, groove width and axial position, and provide some reference for the protection of the cutter motor.
