摘要
利用CATIA数值模拟软件对刮板输送机链轮传动系统进行了建模并进行了力学计算,在此基础上,通过ABAQUS软件计算了链轮链环在非线性运动过程中的应力以及位移状况,得到结论:在链轮的牵引力作用下,主动作用的链环在瞬间应力集中的情况下受力且位移最大,容易造成立环和平环的磨损。依此研究结论建议矿井选择合适型号的刮板输送机,以防止链环磨损破坏。
The model of chain wheel drive system of scraper conveyor is established by using CATIA numerical simulation software, and the mechanical calculation is carried out. On this basis, the stress and displacement of chain wheel link in the process of nonlinear motion are calculated by using ABAQUS software, and the conclusion is that under the traction of chain wheel, the stress and displacement of chain wheel can be calculated, Under the condition of instantaneous stress concentration, the active chain link has the largest force and displacement, which is easy to cause the wear of vertical ring and flat ring. According to the research conclusion, it is suggested that the scraper conveyor of suitable type should be selected in the mine to prevent the chain link from being worn and damaged.
