摘要
采用CFD软件有限元模拟的方式,对不同进口弯管结构下的通风机的性能进行了分析。结果表明,在进口端直接连接弯管时对通风机的性能影响不大,而在距离为管径的1~2倍时,对通风机的性能具有明显的减弱作用,当距离增加至4倍管径时,其影响作用减弱,离心通风机的性能逐渐恢复。
The performance of ventilator under different inlet pipe structure is analyzed by finite element simulation of CFD software. The results show that when the inlet end is directly connected to the bend pipe, it has little effect on the performance of the ventilator, but when the distance is 1~2 times the diameter of the pipe, it has obvious weakening effect on the performance of the ventilator, when the distance increases to 4 times the diameter of the pipe.
