摘要 针对矿用液压锚杆支架在使用过程中出现的结构变形、局部开裂等失效现象,以CMM2-15型锚杆钻车为分析对象,采用有限元分析方法,开展了支撑架的结构性能研究,得出其尾端左右纵梁及前端纵梁和腹板为整个结构的薄弱部位,存在率先出现结构失效可能性。由此,从结构尺寸、结构组成及材料等方面,开展了支撑架的优化改进,经验证,改进后的支撑架具有更高的结构强度,更能满足设备在巷道施工中的作业需求。 In failure of structural deformation and local fracture of mineral hydraulic anchor support in use, taking the CMM2-15-type anchor rod drill truck as the analysis object, using a finite-element analysis method, conduct the structural performance research of the support frame, so that the left and right longitudinal beams and front longitudinal beams and web are weak parts of the whole structure.
