煤矿探放水钻孔新型封孔装置的分析与应用 被引量:1

摘要 以大塔山煤矿有限公司塔山白洞井2105巷为例,分析了在进行巷道掘进作业前期,探放水钻孔封孔作业存在的主要问题,提出应用一种新型封孔装置。经实际应用表明,通过应用该新型封孔装置,可有效改善探放水钻孔封孔效果,可使白洞矿的探放水封孔合格率从70%提高至95%以上,进一步提高了掘进探放水施工作业的安全性。 Taking 2105 lane as an example, this paper analyzed the existing problems of exploration and discharge drilling sealing operation in the early stage of tunnel excavation, and designed a new hole sealing device. Through practical application, through the application of the new hole sealing device, the sealing effect of exploration and drainage drilling can be effectively improved, and the qualified rate of white hole hole sealing can be increased from70% to more than 95%, further improving the safety of excavation exploration and water release construction, and ensuring the safety production of the mine.
