摘要
基于掘进机轴承故障现存的难诊断、诊断效率不高、诊断结果无法实现可视化等问题,分析了掘进机轴承故障诊断系统应具备的主要功能以及实现这些功能应用到的主要功能模块,提出了掘进机轴承故障诊断系统总体设计方案,探讨了该方案的具体实现策略。该系统不仅可及时高效地诊断掘进机轴承故障,而且可使诊断结果达到可视化,可有效减少掘进机轴承故障诊断维修时间。
Based on the existing problems of roadheader bearing fault diagnosis, such as difficult diagnosis, low diagnosis efficiency, and visualization of diagnosis results, this paper analyzes the main functions of roadheader bearing fault diagnosis system and the main function modules to realize these functions, puts forward the overall design scheme of roadheader bearing fault diagnosis system, and probes into the specific implementation strategy of the scheme,Through the application of the system, not only can timely and efficient diagnosis of roadheader bearing fault, but also can make the diagnosis results visualized.
