铁路机车故障诊断及预警系统的研究

Research on Fault Diagnosis and Early Warning System of the Railway Locomotive

针对铁路机车故障监测体系不完善、故障自动诊断局限性大、无法进行远程联网诊断的不足,提出了一种新的铁路机车故障诊断及预警系统。该系统通过建立的故障专家判别库和无线数据通信系统可实现对铁路机车运行状态的智能检测和故障预警。根据实践应用表明,该故障诊断及预警系统能够实现机车运行故障的在线远程监测和分析,能够将机车运行故障率降低93.1%,显著提升了铁路机车的运行稳定性和安全性。

In view of the imperfection of the railway locomotive fault monitoring system, the limitation of automatic fault diagnosis and the inability of remote network diagnosis, a new railway locomotive fault diagnosis and early warning system is proposed. Through the establishment of fault expert identification database and wireless data communication system, the intelligent detection and fault early warning of railway locomotive running state are realized. According to the practical application, the fault diagnosis and early warning system can realize the online remote monitoring and analysis of locomotive operation fault, reduce the locomotive operation fault rate by 93.1%, and significantly improve the operation stability and safety of railway locomotive.
