摘要 利用计算机辅助测试系统对旧式WJ-10材料试验机进行技术改造和升级,论述了应用EFBG-03电液伺服阀、PCI-1710数据采集装置、KINGVIEW组态软件开发的监控程序、ACCESS数据库等技术,成功地实现了闭环伺服控制、数据采集、程序监控、数据的记录和查询,采用CY-DBll系列压力变送器,并使用应变电测法实现负荷测量,使用YYU系列应变式数字式引伸计实现了变形测量,调用PRINT函数实现报表打印。改造后的试验机提高了自动化控制水平及测试效率,对传统设备的改造具有一定的借鉴意义。 This article uses computer-aided testing system to carry out technical transformation and upgrading of the old WJ-10 material testing machine, discusses the application of EFBG-03 electro-hydraulic servo valve, PCI-1710 data acquisition device, monitoring program developed by KINGVIEW configuration software, ACCESS database, etc,which successfully achieved closed-loop servo control, data acquisition, program monitoring, data recording and query.The paper uses CY-DBll series pressure transmitter, and uses strain electrical measurement method to achieve negative charge measurement. The paper further uses YYU series strain digital type extensometer to achieve deformation measurement, and calls PRINT function to come true report printing. The modified test machine has improved the level of automation control and test efficiency, which plays a referable significance on the modification of traditional equipment.
